Restricted Funds

The closing balance includes £1,215.00 held as restricted funds, being the CWaC Community Grant awarded for the planters project. These funds may only be used for sourcing and stocking planters in Verdin Park. The project is currently in progress. Unrestricted reserves as at 27 June 2026 stand at £722.03.

Notes

GoFundMe campaign.The Group’s crowdfunding campaign raised a total of £724.00 from public donations. After GoFundMe platform fees of £27.78, the net amount transferred to the Group’s bank account was £696.22, received across five payments between December 2025 and February 2026.

Tai Chi in the Park. The Group has been running a Tai Chi programme in Verdin Park. Session income collected by C. Ellis totals £145.56. Against this, session costs of £90.00 have been paid to the session leader, Joanne Perry, resulting in a net surplus of £55.56 from this activity.

Bank account. The Group holds a Lloyds Community Account (ending 8860). All payments require two signatories in accordance with the constitution. The account was opened in November 2025 and the first transactions were received in December 2025.

Approval. Members are asked to receive and approve this report at the AGM.
