About the Sessions
Tai Chi for Health is a gentle, low-impact practice suitable for all ages and abilities. Sessions are held on the open lawns of Verdin Park — a beautiful setting for outdoor movement, with the park's mature trees all around.
No experience or special equipment is needed. Just wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Sessions run for one hour and are open to everyone.
Two earlier sessions in May and June 2026 were a real success — raising £125 for Friends of Verdin Park and bringing together residents of all ages. We're delighted to be continuing the series through the summer.
