Friends of Verdin Park believes that public trust is built through openness. We publish all governance documents, meeting minutes, and financial reports publicly — not only because good practice demands it, but because the community we serve deserves nothing less.

Common Questions

Who can attend the AGM?
All members of Friends of Verdin Park are entitled to attend and vote. Members of the public are welcome to attend as observers but may not vote.
How do I become a member?
Membership is open to anyone who supports the aims of the organisation. Visit our Support Us page to learn how to join.
Can I propose a motion at the AGM?
Yes. Members may submit motions for consideration at the AGM, provided they are submitted to the Secretary at least seven clear days before the meeting.
How are committee members elected?
Committee members are elected by a majority vote of members present at the AGM. Nominations must be proposed and seconded by two members.
